Apologies for the delay in finishing out the blog. As many of you know, I did in fact make it to Seattle. It was a great ride in. The sun was out for most of the day, and I made the trip in with my friends Jon and Scott (pictured above / my friend Joe also came out to camp with us). It was a surreal experience starting to recognize streets and buildings again. I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. This trip was one of the smartest things I’ve ever done. I recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded experience that will leave you a changed person. I’m going to open up this blog to direct contact, so if you are reading this and have questions. Feel free to contact me directly.
Thanks for reading!

South Whidbey State Park. My last night of camping. Sitting on the beach with TONS of sun and reading. This trip could not end any better. Tomorrow I ride into Seattle. I will either bike home or straight to Fremont’s Oktoberfest.

Day 51
9/20/2011
Hamilton, MT -> Anacortes (45 miles)
This day was pretty much re-capped. It felt amazing to bike into Anacortes. I’m going to enjoy my time here and put off responsibility a little longer before I return to Seattle.
